Neuro Logical from Krysalis is a workplace health service for employers who face the challenge of a neurological and neurodivergent condition at work.
We provide clinical services aimed at ensuring the safety and well-being of employees in work and those absent from work. For individuals who are absent, we offer support to facilitate their return to the workplace.
We examine how a condition or trait affects a person's work role, functional performance, and job demands.
Our services encompass absence management, specialist assessments, employee well-being programs, return-to-work initiatives, and vocational rehabilitation.

Around 370 neurological and neurodivergent conditions affect the brain and spinal cord. We help employers of all sizes to support employees with conditions like stroke, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, brain injury or tumours, autism, and ADHD.
Krysalis accepts direct referrals from employers, individuals, insurers and occupational health companies. We can help with:
- Brain health and wellbeing programmes for groups of people
- Employees with a neurological or neurodivergent diagnosis where capabilities are unknown
- Potential new recruits or apprentices or early in their career who require support, adjustments or accommodations
